How do I pledge on Kickstarter?
It’s simple :) Click the green “Back this project” button on our main campaign page. You’ll then be directed to our rewards and you’ll just need to select which reward you’d like! If you don’t want a specific reward, select the “Pledge without a reward” option and enter the desired pledge amount you’d like to contribute. Thank you in advance for your support! What does it mean to back a project?
When you back a project, you’re pre-ordering a product that has never been introduced to the world before! You’re joining the backer community, following the production process, taking part in important surveys, and giving us, the creators, valuable feedback when the product lands in your hands :)

What payment methods can I use?
You can use any debit or credit card associated with Visa, Mastercard, or American Express, as well as Discover and JCB cards. Kickstarter does not accept payments with PayPal.

How do I go about adding additional ovOlios to my pledge?
All of our supporters will receive a simple post-campaign survey where they’ll need to provide their shipping and order details. In that same survey, our supporters will be able to add any additional ovOlio(s) to their order. Additionally, you can check out and select some of our add-ons here on Kickster after making your reward selection :)

Are all ovOlio(s) the same size?
Yes! Every Thinking Egg has the same dimensional proportions. The only difference lies in the characteristics of the element: texture, weight, and rotation. It’s also important to note that no two ovOlio(s) are alike - each one is unique, which makes it all the more special.

Do you ship worldwide?
All supporters will receive a tracking number for their order once it is shipped out. We’ll be collecting your shipping information once the campaign is over via a short post-campaign survey where you’ll be able to fully confirm your order, and add-ons and confirm the shipping address you’d like your order to be shipped to.

When will I pay for shipping?
Backers will pay for shipping via our post-campaign survey. You can find the shipping chart located on our campaign of the estimated shipping cost associated with your country. Because shipping prices can heavily fluctuate throughout a campaign, we’re holding off charging our supporters shipping during the campaign so true shipping rates can be charged :)

What carrier will you use? Duties & Fees?
DOMESTIC: If you’re in the US, we’ll be shipping your package using ground service (USPS or FedEx depending on destination and shipment size). These packages will have tracking information that will work within the US.
INTERNATIONAL: Non-US orders will ship with tracking and once your order lands in the country/city it’s destined to, it’ll integrate with the local postal service for delivery. Additionally: 1. Your order will not require taxes or duties. 2. Not get held up in customs.

How long does the aroma last in ovOlio?
Happy you asked! ovOlio can gently diffuse aroma for up to 4 hours. After that, the egg will still smell like your favorite essential oil for up to 24-48 hours (depending on the brand you use).

How do I clean ovOlio?
To dust ovOlio you can simply use a clean cloth. If you are using the same essential oil, there is no need to clean the base container as the wood is diffusing the oil gently.
If you wish to change the aroma: After you use it you can simply let the base container air dry for up to 48 hours and then you can switch between different essential oils.

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
